Hi, I’m Larry Wilkins. Welcome to TEAM AiR!

I’m a native of Kansas City, Missouri, the youngest of four children, dad to a wonderful daughter, and the proud grandfather to two young grandkids! I’ve served as the Director of Leadership Development and a group facilitator for Brothers in Blue, a reentry program. Some of my professional certifications are in Life Coaching, Mediations, Restorative Justice, Circle Facilitation, Restorative Discipline, Trauma Awareness and Resilience.

What inspires me:  having an opportunity to see real change as individuals grow and communities transform! I’m passionate about using my skills to inspire hope and growth in youth and adults in schools, communities, and corporations. As each of us navigate this constantly changing and challenging world today we could all benefit from developing our agility, and resilience muscles!
